Tour itinerary
- On arrival meet & assist at Jaipur International airport by our company representative, who will brief you about your trip “Rajasthan Heritage Tour”. Transfer to hotel for check in. Jaipur - one of the most prominent cities of Rajasthan Western state of India, which is popularly known as pink city. The city was founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in 1727. Jaipur which complete the most popular tourist circuit in India along with Delhi & Agra.
- Afternoon enjoy a drive through the Johari Bazaar to the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), visit the various museums inside the City Palace and the ancient observatory, Jantar Mantar. Evening explore colourful bazaar.
- Overnight at hotel in Jaipur.
- Post breakfast depart to Shekhawati by road (4hrs. approx.), on arrival explore Cenotaphs, beautiful painted havelis, Stepwells and old streets in this region of Rajasthan. Continue your drive to Bikaner. On arrival visit Camel breeding farm just before Bikaner. Proceed to hotel for check in.
- Overnight at hotel in Bikaner.
- Post breakfast visit the fabulous Junagarh Fort and Lalgarh Palace. Now proceed to Jaiselmer by road (6hrs. approx.). Have lunch on the way (packed lunch), enroute visit Kheechan with its hords of cranes. Before Sunset reach Jaiselmer to catch the glimpse of the setting Sun on the Golden Fort. Check in at hotel.
- Overnight at hotel in Jaisalmer.
- Post breakfast visit Jaisalmer Fort & Museum. Now visit Jain Temple, take a walk through the back streets to the Patwon ki Haveli and Kothari Haveli. After lunch proceed to Kuldhera, an abandoned habitation and now head to Sam Sand Dunes. Ride on Camel and experience the haunting magic of the tale of Dhola Maru, in Desert city of Rajasthan.
- Overnight at deluxe camps in Sand Dunes Jaisalmer.
- Post breakfast leave for Jodhpur - the Sun City, enroute visit Pokhran. Watch out deers on the way in the Bishnoi villages, by afternoon reach Jodhpur. Now time to visit the city, covering Mehrangarh Fort one of the most awe inspiring Forts in Rajasthan. Enjoy the amazing view of Jodhpur’s blue houses and Sunset from the top of the Fort. Also visit Jaswant Thada and Ummed Bhawan (only from the outside). Proceed to hotel for check in .
- Overnight at hotel in Jodhpur.
- Post breakfast head towards Mount Abu by road (4.5hrs. approx.) the only hill station of Rajasthan enroute visit Ranakpur Temple - one of the five holy centers of the Jain community. It was built in 15th century. Spread over 48000 sq ft, the temple is an outstanding creation with 29 halls and 1444 pillars all distinctly carved with light colour marble. The temple has an intrinsic architecture & is also famous for erotic arts on the wall. Continue drive to Mount Abu. On arrival check in at hotel. Later Enjoy at Sunset Point and Nakki Lake in the evening.
- Overnight at hotel in Mount Abu.
- Post breakfast explore local surroundings visit Dilwara Temples & Brahmakumari Ashrams. Leave for Udaipur after lunch by road (3hrs. approx.). On arrival check in at hotel. Evening free at leisure or explore the local bazaar.
- Udaipur - the most romantic and charming city of Western State Rajastahan, India. The city was founded by Maharaja Udai Singh in 1559 AD on the shore of Lake Pichhola. Fairy-tale Palaces and gardens, temples and narrow lanes create a picture perfect atmosphere.
- Overnight at hotel in Udaipur.
- Post breakfast you are scheduled for fullday city tour visit City Palace- it was built by the Maharana Udai Singh in 1559, Saheliyon ki Bari (Gardens of the maids of Honor) and Museum, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal & Shilpgram. Next is boat ride at Pichhola lake (Optional) and evening folk dance show at “Bagore ki Haveli (19.00 – 20.00 hrs. each evening) – optional.
- Overnight at hotel in Udaipur.
- Post breakfast leave for Jaipur by road (8hrs. approx.) enroute visit Pushkar, see the Holy Lake, also visit the only Temple of Lord Brahma in the World. Pushkar is also famous for rose cultivation, pay a visit to Rose Farm. Proceed to Jaipur, on arrival check in at hotel. Evening free at leisure.
- Overnight at hotel in Jaipur.
- On the last day of your Rajasthan trip, visit the magnificent Amber Palace in early morning. Ascend the fort on Elephant back & enjoy the ride. This Fort is situated on hill top, about 11 kms away from Jaipur city.
- Now transfer to airport to board the flight for onwards journey.
